    I am filing a formal complaint against these two conjoined businesses namely: ********* and Saskeazy, in conjunction with moves on May 1st, 2022 and on May 8th, 2022. I contacted ********* the beginning of April to discuss a move from North Portal to Lemberg, Sask, on the 1st of May, I was asked the content that were to be moved; I made it lucid that I have an apartment size piano, a safe, two sets of chesterfield, boxes and in a three bedroom house. The Lady in the office, to whom I was speaking, stopped me before I could finish listing the items and said I did not have to list them all. She told me that they would be able to do the move, no problem. I was told that I would not pay for travel cost neither gas. She told me that, I would be only responsible from the time they start loading to when they are finished and starting when they get to the destination and finish unloading. She told me that the cost will be one hundred and thirty ($130) per hour, I agreed to pay that amount. She requested that I pay two hundred dollars deposit which I complied. Originally, the move was to be on the 24th April, 2022 and **** called to change the date because the truck was in an accident, so he changed it to the 1st of May, 2022 at 2:30 pm. He also asked me the content I told him a piano, a safe and two sets of chesterfield, he stopped me and said the same words as the lady. I did not have to list everything, they would be able to do the move without any problem. She called me on the 29th April 2022 to confirm the move, I then went over the terms and conditions again with her which she confirmed no travelling time, no mileage and no gas; only for the time they load and unload and one hundred and thirty dollars an hour. On the day of the move, two men showed up at 2:30 pm with a 26 ft. truck clearly too small for the move. One of the movers viewed the content and immediately called ********* and having a heated argument about constantly giving them incorrect information on moves and he was going to charge me one hundred and sixty five dollar an hour. On both occasions a text was shown to me by the leader of the crew, he had received from ********* stating nothing about a piano, a safe, nor two sets of sofa. Instead it states: Three bedroom, few boxes and household items, not much. Because of incorrect information what was to be one move turned into two moves a week apart. Consequently, my furniture were assaulted badly on both moves, the very pieces I requested to be careful with are the very ones that are damaged most aggressively. The executive sofa and love seat was drawn on the gravel driveway then onto the board walk until the leather is stripped bare and left in the backyard. I went outside when they were leaving and saw them and asked, if they were going to leave them there, why not put them in the shed that was right beside them, they did. The piano was dragged and grinded in the gravel driveway upside down, eventually it was left outside and I was told that when they come the next week they will have better equipment to get it inside, it was rained upon for two to three days and damaged. I was told by the first crew that the second crew members three in total would put both the safe and piano in the house, they never did. The piano and the safe are both in the garage cause it was their second move for the day and they were tired. It was so bad that one of them kept falling down outside with the furniture on top of himself. Bedroom furniture were left in the living room we had to sort them out. I called ********* twice no answer, I left a detailed message to no avail, I sent a text no reply. I emailed Saskeazy with a photo of antique handle and asked if he happened to have seen it, he has not respond. Therefore, I have decided to upgrade my mode of complaint by reaching out to BBB for help to recover my loss.
