              Dear Better Business Bureau, On January 17, 2024, I had a scheduled service appointment at Bennet Dunlop Ford for an oil change and hot oil flush. During my visit, the service team recommended additional services, including tire rotation and a PTU flush, as they don't have any previous records about PTU flush. Despite the lack of information about the PTU flush, I agreed to the tire rotation based on their explanation of its importance. I raised a valid concern about why I was not informed about the possibility of the PTU flush being overdue when I purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory response to this query, and my subsequent follow-up emails on this matter remained unanswered. Upon receiving the bill, I noticed discrepancies, including an attempt to charge me the full price for services despite having a note in my profile indicating that the hot oil flush should be free and a 50% discount on the oil change. I promptly contacted the dealership's quick line, and after clarification, the bill was reduced, though the promised 50% discount on the oil change was not honored. Furthermore, I had a separate issue regarding the misplacement of my tires and rims. Initially told that I never kept my tires with Bennet Dunlop Ford, I provided documentation to the contrary, only to have it declined. After a few weeks and unnecessary inconvenience, they eventually located my tires and rims, offering an apology for the confusion. This entire experience has left me feeling as though I may have been taken advantage of, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service and communication at Bennet Dunlop Ford. I still await the promised refund for the overpayment, and the lack of transparency regarding the PTU flush recommendation and tire storage has further eroded my trust in the dealership.               I purchased a truck from the Bennett Dunlop Outlet. It was in terrific well-cared for shape. I had noticed (to me) a bit of a jiggle/bounce on low road imperfections. I mentioned this on Day 1. I took it into Bennett Dunlop service as per the BDO Outlet manager and the experience at Bennett Dunlop from then on was subpar. I had the vehicle in the shop at least 3 times the first weeks after I bought it. My service advisor was Courtney S******. I got some attention while the vehicle was in this initial 30 day 'warranty'. I have an issue with an error message, "Insert NAV card, and USB error". Some parts recommended by Bennett Parts were purchased and didn't solve issues but it was apparently my fault for ordering part that was recommended to me by their Parts Department. Faryn B****** was just as bad. I don't want anything for nothing just an explanation as to why a professional business would put in a part, I rely on the professionals for advice. What do I know from diagnoses? If I had wanted tractor trailer tires would they just order and install? What if I wanted muffler bearings? As a family we had purchased a number of vehicles from Bennett Dunlop in the past but strayed and now I remember why * ***** **** ******** *******. I had no issues trading in a mint **** with incredibly low mileage because I had hoped for a vehicle in similar condition. Now I am looking at $****s of dollars to get rid of a jiggle/bounce that I mentioned to Cam S****** the 1st day. Truck still jiggling and shaking. Everyday after work my back and wrists are sore from the vibration. But I can't afford to fix it. While under this 30 day warranty they couldn't find anything wrong with the shaking/jiggling. I had to ask if the truck could get the wheels balanced, an alignment.
