My name is ************** and I am a resident of Regina. On 04/03/2022, I ordered a vegetarian pizza from the Redswan restaurant located at 4562 Albert Street Regina. SBS 6B4. However, instead of a Vegetarian pizza they served us pizza with meat and we ate it. Firstly they have served us the wrong order. Secondly my wife ************ who ate this pizza along with me is a Baptist Sikh ( **********) and as per our religious values we are not supposed to eat meat of any kind. By doing this they not only hurted our religious beliefs but also compromised with food safety standards. When we came to complain to them about this, nobody was taking responsibility for the act saying we have new trainees they might have done this . Nobody even was wearing their name tags . They introduced me to a guy who was wrongly claimed to be the franchise owner and when I asked them for a written apology then he backed off from his statement .There was no responsible person in the store who can claim responsibility . After repeated requests their manager didn't tell me his name nor he was wearing a name tag. when I requested them to call someone who is responsible for the store . They said nobody will talk to you and you can take the action you want to. I waited for almost an hour their so that some responsible could talk to me but they didn't. Talk to me took everybody inside. I believe this kind of irresponsible behavior is really condemnable and is playing with the safety of the general public. I request you kindly look into the matter and take action against the store. ****************************************
