I was very impressed with the friendliness, knowledge and quality of work by the staff of Master Radon. My house had very high radon levels and the mitigation work was quickly done in a professional manner. Radon levels are much lower. I highly recommend Janes and his staff for radon mitigation.Review from Jana O

The team at Master Radon did an excellent job at our place. We have an older farmhouse that has been significantly renovated multiple times - which presented some unique challenges to remediate the radon entering our home. The experience and expertise of the Master Radon team shone through, and they devised a plan that has brought down our radon levels to be within tolerances in only a few days. Very happy with the work done. We were averaging over 200 bq/m3 for a long time with the electronic meter we had bought. Master Radon installed everything in one day, and electrician was in to finish the job the very next day, so very quick and efficient. New readings a few days later are less than 30 bq/m3.Review from Joanne L

After a yearlong monitoring of our very high Radon levels we decided to explore our options. We contacted two companies to provide us with a resolution. James K********** with Master Radon was very knowledgeable and professional, he explained in detail the best solution for our home situation with a guaranteed result. He followed up with a quote quickly. I am so grateful we chose Master Radon for our radon mitigation system. The system was installed in a day, no mess, no fuss. Prior to the radon mitigation system our numbers averaged well above acceptable levels using an Airthings Radon monitor, our daily averages our single digits most days. Master Radon installed radon mitigation system in our basement on April 16, 2024. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the result obtained. Radon level went down from 1200 bq/m3 to 15 bq/m3 within 2 days after the installation. There was no dust or mess. The technicians were very proffessional and work was well organized so it was completed in 6 hrs ( that included installation of submersible pump in existing sump pit ). Les M.Master Radon Ltd. Radon gas levels in our house were very high. Master Radon installed our system. When the levels didn't go down to the anticipated level, they came back and installed a larger fan, and then subsequently came and did further work to ensure that our home is under 100 bq/m3. We were pleased with how persistent they were, and the additional work required on their part in order to make sure our house is safe. Thank you!Master Radon Ltd. Response

Master Radon installed our mitigation system in half a day. They kept things clean and the system is unobtrusive. We were impressed with how neat and tidy everything was during and after the installation. They gave us instruction on how the system works, which is really pretty simple. I would highly recommend Master Radon due to their professionalism and how friendly and easy to talk with.Master Radon Ltd. Response
