I had the roof on my garage and house replaced October 12, 2021 by Dynamic Roofing and Exteriors Ltd. On October 18 the tenants of the home sent me pictures of the roofing work that had been done as well as an email with their concerns. My husband went to Dynamic's office that same day and showed the manager the pictures we have as well as asking for all proper repairs to be done. There were shingles left uncut at a roof edge, two holes in the chimney flashing which you can see daylight through from the attic, the nails are placed at an angle in the shingles, as well as nails right through the shingles, other nails were not tarred, there were some shingles cut improperly, and the ridge cap on the garage has shingles going in different directions.There is garbage left in the chimney stack and the eavestroughs are full of gravel, sticks and shingles.An employee was sent to the house October 19 and he siliconed around the chimney flashing, the rest of the repairs as well as cleanup were not done. October 22nd the employee and manager came back to the house and applied a thin layer of tar around the chimney flashing, again nothing else was done. The manager stated they would come back the week of October 25th to clean the eavestroughs and do the necessary repairs. No one from the company returned that week and there was no communication from them. October 28th I received a picture of some of the debris our tenant took out the eavestroughs as they had plugged with the rain. We contacted the manager again and he stated an employee would go to the house on the 29th and do the necessary repairs and clean up. No employee came to the house and there was again no communication. November 1st an employee met my husband and tenant at the house,he states he tarred some nails and cleaned the eaves troughs, looked at the garage roof but did not look at the house. There are still visible holes in the flashing, the manager called my husband, states will fix the flashing for extra$650.
