Mike, Pavel & Team from Ecoline are amazing professionals. From the sales process to the installation of our windows & doors, everything went seamless and perfectly. An absolutely horrible experience. I would give them no stars if i could. We signed a contract in July of 2021 for Ecoline to install five windows and one patio door. It took Ecoline almost six months to install the windows and patio door even though they promised that the windows would be installed at the end of September. Although the windows were acceptable, the patio door was faulty and did not fit the space properly. The door was warped and the mechanism was broken. We notified Ecoline about this but they ignored us for months. I had to phone them at least a dozen times and I also submitted several emails asking them to replace the faulty patio door with one that fit properly. After many efforts, we finally received a reply. Ecoline said we would get a proper door in the spring of 2022 pending construction. This did not happen. They finally contacted us saying that the door that was sent to the Regina office was not made to the measurements specified. They told us a proper door would arrive in the fall but again this did not happen. Again I had to phone and write several times before getting some acknowledgment. Finally, the patio door was installed in February of 2023. The service was terrible. We were ignored often. Nobody answered phone calls and we were redirected to a central phone servoce that put me on hold for 20 to 30 minutes before I gave up. Awful, just awful.Review from Ahmadreza N

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The sales rep explains everything thoroughly, was friendly and at no point did I ever feel concerned about the information he was giving. The installers were thorough, tidy and cleaned up afterwards. I have had no issues with the windows. One is going on 3 years old.Review from Gilbert P

Ecoline were amazing to deal with! Their customer service and communication were prompt and efficient! They understood we were on a timeline and rushed the order to ensure we were able to get the windows done on time. We have dealt with Ecoline Windows since 2016. The windows are of excellent quality!! We have a big house so replaced half of the windows in 2016 & the remaining ones a couple of weeks ago. The process was simple right from start to finish. I liked the fact that they sent an email or called to let us know the status of our order. We ordered the windows in October. The salesman measured for the windows then the installer came & remeasured just to be sure before sending the order in. The windows arrived & fit like a glove!! The installers were fast, efficient, courteous & extremely knowledgeable. They laid blankets throughout the house for any wet snow. They also vacuumed & cleaned up the area where the windows were installed. The two men were fast, accurate & friendly. I would absolutely recommend Ecoline Windows...

Ecoline replaced a number of windows in my 100+ year old home and they look AMAZING. The communication and customer service was top notch. The communication was steadfast and clear leading up to the installation, as well they followed up after the install to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction. The install went very well, they were very pro. It went so well we had them replace windows in a second property, again a great experience. I haven't experienced customer service like this for a very long time, if ever. We feel very taken care of.Ecoline Windows Response

We recently had seven residential windows replaced by Ecoline Windows of Regina. A 6 man crew presented at about 9:30AM and completed the install by 3:30PM. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to remove our old windows and install the new, vastly more energy efficient, Ecoline casement windows and casings. We are delighted with the result. A huge upgrade by any metric. Their consultations and follow up were also first rate. No surprises!Ecoline Windows Response
