They charged us more than $8100.00 for a job they did not fix. They strung us along for a month saying they were working on it or they were waiting for parts none of which resolved the problem. In the end they sent it over to ****** who charged them $851.98 and had it fixed in 1 day.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/27) */ CUSTOMER BOUGHT HIS RV CAMPER WITH ENGINE CHECK LIGHT ON AND DEF ISSUE, WE HOOKED UP COMPUTER TO DIAGNOSE, SCR NOT DETECTED FOUND HARNESS DAMAGED TO NOX AND NH3 SENSORS, ALSO SOMEONE ADDED SUPPLY 12V GROUND AND POSITIVE DIRECT TO NOX AND NH3 SENSORS FROM BATTERIES CONTINOUSLY AND DAMAGED THE SENSORS. BOTH OUTLET NOX AND NH3 SENSORS CHANGED, REMOVED AND DIAGNOSED HARNESS FROM ECM TO SCR SYSTEM, FOUND DATA LINK WIRES DAMAGED, REPAIRED IT DID NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE NEW HARNESS INSTALLED TO ECM TO SCR STILL NO DIFFERENCE, ECM REPLACED WITH NEW ECM STILL NO DIFFERENCE COACH SENT TO ***** ******** TO CHECK THE ISSUE AS THEY PROGRAMMED THE ECM, THEN THEY FOUND ANOTHER HARNESS DAMAGED AND REPAIRED CLEAR ALL CODES, PERFORM PARK REGIN ALL OK WE HAD TOLD HIM IN THE STARTING THAT HE CAN TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT CUSTOMER KEPT ON INSTITING ON FIXING IT BECAUSE HE HAS TO GO TO ARIZONA, IT TOOK US 2 WEEKS TO WORK ON IT BUT WE ONLY CHARGED 20 HRS LABOUR ($2000) BECAUSE WE FELT BAD FOR HIM REST IS PARTS COST SUPPLIED BY *******. CUSTOMER DECIDE TO BLAME ON US BECAUSE HIS WARRANTY WAS DENIED BY THE COMPANY.(HE HAD BOUGHT A 3RD PARTY WARRANTY FOR HIS VEHICLE) Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/04/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was told when I called that they could get it in right away - only after they gave me the run around for 4 weeks did I urge them to get it fixed - at no time did they tell me to take it somewhere else, they did that after failure to fix. When I learned about the 12V added ground, I called both *************** and the previous owner. There was never a direct line added by the manufacture or any work done on the DEF system by the previous owner. I believe there was work done under false pretenses and I would like to receive a copy of the work done by *************** to dispel or confirm my suspicions. I also grabbed the wiring harness they say was replaced and had it inspected - only damage was cut wires not corroded as the told me. Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2022/06/22) */ there's nothing i can do, ******* dealer did not fix it they only did the programing part on it, i can not give you anything back, most of the amount charged is for parts we put in your vehicle and i only charged you minimal labour of 20 hours and you know we worked on your vehicle for 3 weeks your pretty much visited the shop everyday and called us day and night 3-4 times a day.
