This company is terrible to deal with if there is a mistake they will not take accountability or reimburse your money. The manager will not listen and just keeps saying nothing he can do.

I kindly and respectful must disagree with your comments. If any mistake happen on this transaction was generate by wrong information supply by you. Mistakes happen, I understand, but when a standard size product must be cut and prepare to follow your request and requirements, no returns are allowed. We dropped off the original broken spring to your location, any wrong information would have been made by your staff. Your unwillingness to even consider that you or your staff made a mistake and continuing to place blame on us for providing wrong information is ridiculous, unprofessional and obviously demonstrates a thoroughly disrespectful and behaviour towards your customers.
