We purchased two newly constructed houses from the builder North Prairie Development with closing date on August 14th, 2022. We closed and moved in since dec 2022 and now, 9 months after, the houses still have a long list of incomplete work orders. We have tried at numerous occasions to reach out to the builder and they have not communicate to us about these unfair and unacceptable delays and outstanding incomplete issues such as incomplete garage, incomplete concrete patio/walkways, rear yard fencing, kitchen range hood missing, grasshoppers inside house, found in light cover etc. We wrote a formal letter and hand deliver to the builder as a final opportunity for the builder to take immediate action to rectify this situation in an amicable resolution and to uphold their reputation as a responsible and reliable builder in Saskatoon *** ** ****** *** ************* **** *** **** ** ********* ****** *******Business response
