            I had purchased a package policy from SMI insurance company and had an automated payment plan for a vehicle I had. The vehicle was totaled off and SMI insurance paid out my deductible. In December of 2022 sandbox mutual insurance started taking out the $27 payment again basically cause they had my banking info from what I can see. I’ve tried to go in there and get this resolved they said it will take about a month (***** ** ** ******* ** ********** ************ ** *** ********). And I noticed that they decided to keep taking payment out of my bank account on an insurance policy that has already been resolved. I will add that the vehicle was totalled in march of 2022 and then in December of 2022 they started taking payments out of my account ***** ** ******** ***** ** ****** ***** ****. After nothing from sandbox mutual I’m writing you guys to help me get this resolved. I’ve gone into a broker and I’ve tried calling numerous times and no one will help me.             Very poor communication from staff and the agents are rude. Their system is very backwards as they have told me the broker should have told me to bring my paper autopack policy to the shop whenever I have a claim. And when I called this company to file a claim, the agent never informed me to bring the "paper-copy" of the autopack policy to the shop. I gave the autoshop the policy number but I still had to pay the full amount because we did not have the "paper policy on-hand" proving that we have to pay only $100 deductible, when we never knew that we needed that "proof" even if we have a policy number already. Their system is very backwards and very poor. The two agents that I have talked to was very very rude, I was still explaining my situation and she cut me off to foreard me to the manager. The manager was however apologetic and sincere.
