Bought a car thru *** financed thru CM. They took payments & registered the loan before I even picked the car up. Mislead the commitment to return fees, failed to apply prepayments after committing & advising I so while I switch banks, as the way they were pulling the funds was causing an unknown error in which I proved to ******. But they funds were not applied to the new loan, not even the principal & as far I knew is the next 2 pmts were covered, they weren't, and I was unaware as I switched bank until a bailiff went to my parents' house looking for me. Once communicating with them, I emailed them proof I was making payments & money sent. When the payment stopped, I thought it was b/c I asked to switch monthly when I emailed my pre-auth form but again that was not the case, it wsa cassue thepayments I ws told would be coverd by the funds I sent but did't casuing a defalt and the stop of payments. When I finally got a hold of someone she updated my info, informed how I could catch up and I was in florida, told her when my flight was and when I could get there and at the latest, she said ok see you then. I as planned went to work, emailed her on my way out and walked around the building see my car gone. And in response her claim was that I never called , never made a payment so they took the car when 4 business days prior I recorded a call and was very clear I was away, she acknowledged that fact and agreed to see me when I got back. **** ** *** ****** **** *** **** *** *** *** **** *** ******.
