No diagnosis on the problem, just a stab in the dark. Multiple visits, several parts ordered but no resolution. Many missed appointments. Rude service call where the technician eavesdropped and then butted into a conversation from the basement. Nothing but broken promises.

I apologize we did not get the diagnostic correct the first trip. Intermittent problems can sometimes be tricky to diagnose. We do offer warranty and ensure we will get it fixed. Unfortunately yes, with the price of fuel we absolutely need to charge mileage outside the Saskatoon city limits.Review from Crystal M

Dishwasher wasn't cleaning properly so tech came and gave a few options. Ended up selling me the part because he couldn't get it back into place so I you tubed how to and I got it in. However after that there's no water now going to the dishwasher. I called and they could've cared less. We were at the customers home 11/19/21 - The customer was quoted : $109.95 for the service call plus labor and the part. The customer did not want to pay the extra labor to install the part so they just opted to buy the part and install it themselves and just pay the diagnostic fee of $109.95 ***********************************************

11/19/21 16:00: NK there 11/19 FRI, 13:19 to 15:21, Found Unit truns sump but seems like pressure is not 100%.. Found lots of blockage in chopper area. Removed blockage.. Upon closer look found defect in chopper and not lining up with rotation arm... Advised cstmr they need new chopper and that if this does not fix issue, then wash motor responsible... Cstmr does not want to pay labour for repiar.. Sold cstmr part and left with sump area open
Our rates are 109.95 plus parts and Labor. The customer was adamite they were not paying any extra labor according to the techs job notes. If they do not pay the labor , due to liability reasons the technicians are not allowed to install the part.Customer Response

That's actually true but not 100% ... there were other issues I tired to call to speak with someone and was never ever returned the call and it's been many months. The dishwasher had water flow prior to tech coming and has not since. He didn't leave it open ... he could GET the part back into the dishwasher actually. He was sweating and getting very frustrated and then got an attitude which is why I did not want to pay for anything else when he couldn't so his job in the first place.Shaughnessy Appliance Service Ltd Response
