Where do I start!!?? I’ve never had such a bad experience with a business! My daughters wedding dress… booked for a consultation and was never told about a consultation fee, she chalked up my daughters $2300 dress with pink chalk. When told the cost, my daughter decided it wasn’t in her budget, asked myling to remove the chalk, she refused. And then charged my daughter $75 dollars for the consultation! For $75 dollars, you should be removing the chalk!!!!! Her charge for sewing on buttons down the train $300, she would put $75 towards the service. So my daughter agreed. Came time to pick up her dress, myling mentioned she may have problems removing the chalk, so she would cut off the train liner for my daughter… Which she inturn charged us $45 to finish the edge…which was cut off because of the pink chalk she put on! Week of wedding, we needed a bustle, we decided to go to a different seamstress to have this done… While there my daughter put on her dress. The buttons were hanging! I gently pulled one and it stretched a hung loose. We could not attach a bustle let alone worrying about my daughter sitting on them! The part of her dress that did the back up, all the buttons stretched to see all the stitching, the previous buttons that were original to the dress did not do this…. The new seamstress was in disbelief as well as us….she asked me how much we paid to have the buttons put on, I told her $300. She just shook her head and said we over paid and the quality was lacking as one tug on a button and we could lose them all…. She reinforced the buttons for the bustle and up my daughters bottom so she could sit without fear…. We returned to mylings and asked for a refund, to be told no refunds…and to be told my daughter should know better than to not try on her dress again prior to the week of the wedding…for buttons!!! Excuse me? What ever happened to customer service?

Saskatoon July 29th, 2023. Hello to S***** and M******* W*****.! First, I'm definitely sorry for your bad experience in my service. But let me explant to you why that matters occur. 1st - the $275 charge for installed the buttons and included sitting fee. 2nd- I cut the chalk line with no charge and add $45 for hemming all that with your daughter M*******'s consent. 3rd- M*******, pick up her dress on June 27th, 2023, for the wedding on July 22nd, 2023. Those 3 weeks before the weeding, in that period if any problems or concerns about my work or anything relate to the dress you welcome to phone my cell phone or drop by my shop on business house to address the matters. 4th- July 19th 2023, both of you came to my shop demands the $300 back, the monies earning for the work I done. With my 40 years experiences and thousands of dresses been done, to said that what I did on your dress that NOT a mistake or bad job, so that lead to conclusion I 'm does not return your monies. I tried to be explained to you, but you done give me a change and storm out the door with verbally threated my business. At the same day I did text you some pictures show how buttons works. And to the next day July 21st 2023, I send you a link to YouTube video, to explained how bottom's works, these buttons done on wedding gown from manufactories. Anyhow, I understanded a lot of stress around wedding day and somehow you got advised from unexperienced adviser, that lead to bad experience. Now, please take a moment let me talk to on my side. 1st- 2 kinds of buttons install in the wedding gowns: @ The top buttons on the gown's body for secure the dress tight fit, usually its goes with a lobs. @ The bottom buttons usually on the train they are for decorating only. So for that buttons should be install loose , not secure by individual. what that mean incase when person moving around the buttons on long train get caught on some things its won't get ripped right away because button has room to allow it stress out, it work like the springs on the vehicle. @ You had more than 3 weeks to rise your concern and I'm more than happy to help you, or you want to secure all buttons ( as the other adviser) I very pleased to do so. You had it done the way you liked without giving a change perform my work, seem that you don't treat me fairly. Let said, you call an electrical company A, fix some things in your home, a next few days' same problem again. So do you call company A to came back to fixed or you call some once else. Of course, you call the company A, because the trust and the honor of company A. Yes!
