      In April 2023 I purchased a 2015 *** ******* from O'Brians Automotive On Idylwyld Drive in Saskatoon Sask. I did purchase the extended warranty at time of purchase. My vehicle will be going into their service shop for the second time already with some serious issues as well as some sensor issues. I have had success speaking to the service department on Circle Drive, but nothing but the run around with the sales staff on Idylwyld where I made the purchase. I have requested my bill of sale, paperwork and warranty to be sent to me and even attempted to pick it up. I have been told I do not need to worry about it as they have it on their computer. I have responded that it is my right and my desire to have my own copies. I have been told that exchange is impossible as that would mean refinancing and that is only an option up to 7 days after purchase. However this is not just a case of my wanting a different vehicle, this is a case where the vehicle I purchased is not usable as it reaches a point of it being unsafe. I do not know what my options are as I can not seem to have a meaningful conversation with the business. I have spoken with **** in service and he has been great. The salesman I spoke with this morning told me, in his words, it was both disgusting and wrong that I am stuck with a vehicle with issues and there is nothing that can be done outside of possible and costly repairs. I have the extended warranty but still should not have to constantly be adding oil and parking it as it is a fire hazard. I appreciate any guidance you can provide. I should add that I am booking it into ******* *** to be looked at. My fear is not knowing my options if the issue persists after that as O' Brians has been horrendous to deal with, outside of the service department, Thank you, **** ********

      We have been actively working on a trying to resolve the issue with the vehicle. The customer has been informed that they can schedule the vehicle in with ******* to have an oil change done and to have the oil levels monitored to see if it's burning oil and if so how much. We have tried every day this week to contact the customer without luck. Due to this, we are unable to confirm if they have received the paperwork they requested. If they still have not, the customer can reach out Customer Service team at 306-******** and we will send it over right away.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have just had an oil change three weeks ago at O'Brians and already it is completely out of oil already . I was told to monitor it and did and as I have stated the oil lasted 3 weeks and was gone. I have been the one reaching out to them and trying to get this resolved and they have not reached out to me except to text and tell me to book an appointment.  I did finally receive my paperwork and will update after my appointment at **********

      As per our shops instruction, we require you to get the oil change completed at ******* in order to monitor and diagnose where the issue is coming from. Without scheduling the appointment we have set up there is no way for us to move forward with resolving the issue.
      Please schedule it in for the oil change and let us know when you have.

      We purchased a car from O'Brians on December 3rd, 2022 We were running late, the car was late getting there, and we had to make it *** before it closed. We completed the paperwork, but I did not receive a bill of sale, which I want. I contacted them, Dec 5th and asked for it, December 9th and asked, December 18th, and also once by phone, but I don't remember the date of that call. All I want is my copy of the paperwork. I have said they could e-mail it to me, so there is not postage cost for it. We had to buy this car in a hurry because of issues with our other car and dealer/service. I really need a copy of the Bill of Sale.

      I recently purchased a 2018 ************************. Later when I was looking at my incvoice I noticed that I had paid around 3400.00 before taxes for an extended warranty. It was not discussed and no details were explained to me at the time. I recently had an issue with my vehicle and i began looking into the "Extended Warranty" and basically it was a basic powertrain warranty for the vehicle for 36 months of up to 60 000km. The manufactures warranty on my vehicle has a basic powertrain warranty of the same kind that covers my vehicle for 10 years. Which means I essentially paid for nothing and the sales person would have been aware of the manufacture warranty when they did up the paperwork. I would like my money back for what I paid for the extended warranty as this was never discussed or mentioned or explained to me and just added on to my invoice at the time of purchase.

All contracts for the vehicle and warranty were gone over and signed with her at time of purchase, though we are outside of the window to cancel any extended warranty plans, we would like to discuss the possibility of offering her a plan that provides a longer period of coverage for her. We look forward to speaking with the client to discuss the situation in more detail.

      the transmission needs to be replaced and needs all new suspension work blower motor needs to be replace blower heater needs to be replaced. The paint is completely chipped off the door panel has broken piece on door, I've got dents all over the car rust everywhere paint chips everywhere my tailgate doesn't latch properly. Fuel pump sensor needs replacing. The fuel mileage is off. Incorrect mileage on papers compared to car it's self when received vehicle. 148,000+ was reported on papers. Day I received vehicle showed 152000+ I have put less then 4000 km on the car since I got it. I was told I'd have bumper to bumper coverage. Right now I either want the vehicle exchanged for a reliable vehicle of my choice within the range Or they can pay the dealership in my area for the fix of all damages on vehicle. I have attempted to call. And message. With no responses

Your are a valued customer and we will do whatever we can to assist you. We cannot repair the vehicle as it is over the 30 days or 5000km warranty whichever comes first. The vehicle is past our complimentary warranty. We have reached out to attempt to exchange the vehicle. We are not sure if we can do this, as it would mean cancelling the current loan through a third party lender and they may not allow us to do this. I think you have spoke to the financial institution and they have said the same thing. We will attempt to speak to them to inquire and see if we have any other vehicles that will work for your approval for the lender.
