I was sold a car that was essentially a $27,000 AS IS vehicle. It was never initially put through their shop, it had no spare tire, no floor mats, was never detailed and had NUMEROUS issues (bald tires, needed an alignment, struts, brakes, had an oil leak). They initially fixed the oil leak and detailed the car but didn't fix the other issues. 3 months ago, the car died and now it needs a new engine only 12,000 kms after I bought it. They have been unwilling to fix the car or trade it in without a cosigner or down payment. They've been impossible to deal with and really unwilling to budge to satisfy a customer. Be VERY AWARE ************************************************ Over value and under deliver their units! STAY FAR AWAY!

Mr.F*******, the vehicle you purchased already came with a post sale inspection from the vehicle supplier. It was never declared to be a vehicle sold "AS IS" or "SOLD IN CURRENT CONDITION" as the lenders would not Finance uninspected vehicles. As per your request we got the vehicle picked up and performed the necessary repairs. We also have proof on file that you confirmed the repairs were satisfactory. At the time of the Engine failure, you had already accumulated 12000KM on the vehicle with no proof of service or maintenance done by you. As stated on the sales contract, it is the owners responsibility to perform scheduled maintenance and ensure proper upkeeping of the vehicle. We are unable to fix the vehicle as we do not believe the vehicle failed due to a pre existing condition, rather failing to maintain by the owner/operator.
You were given the option of refinancing another vehicle as long as we are able to find a lender that would work with your current credit situation. Unfortunately we are restricted by the lender stipulations and your current credit situation at this point. We believe it is unfair for you to be expecting us to make budget adjustments to by back a vehicle with a damaged engine which happened due to your negligence and poor maintenance.Review from Laura L

**************************** i have been dealing with a lemon they sold me March 2021 first water pump then timing belt ( April 2022)after having to pay for that on my own now the alternator went leaving me stranded on the side of a highway in the middle of the night(June 2022). i have been ignored for weeks and then i am told to contact a manager about my concerns why cant he call me to rectify his products. The SUV is a car from hell and the company refuses to help deal with their junk
