My wife and I purchased a 2008 ************** from them on January 11th for 7500+ tax. I'm saddened and disappointed to say that our jeep was declared unroadworthy today by a mechanic. We've city driven it for 6 months, putting on just over 3000 kms in that time. We trusted them with a purchase that was 1500 out side of our budget, and that trust has been shattered. The A/C never worked, but we survived until last week. We've taken care of an oil pressure switch that needed replacing,as we were losing more than a litre of oil a day. We need to purchase All season tires, as it wasn't disclosed that the Jeep is on Winter tires (I failed to check as well). I finally took it in today to try to address the A/C, and had them check out a knocking sound as well...here is the result of their findings. Quotes from 2 mechanic shops totalling 10,236.05. that amount doesn't include the bills I've already paid, which brings the total to 11,935.75 ( this number includes a 1200 tire estimate not pictured. ********************* in Regina had me sign a waiver to take it home, as it's officially been deemed unsafe to drive. 6 month and 3000kms did not do this damage.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2010 ************* feom Big Q auto in wynyard sask on sept 24 2021 i deove it for a day wnded up had a heat problem they did finally take it back in amd check then got it back again amd still opposite heat problem They finall took it back again and tore it apart dash and all tried everything from rad and heater core ordered heat doors which took almost 3 weeks of them having my truck in the shop this hole time. Finally i get my truck back dont make it out of wynyard 8 klms and a tire blows no jack or tire iron in this truck to even change tire myself so called a friend and my son they arrived before the shop sent thier machinic I texted and called them they sent thier machanic out to get it and take it back to shop as there were going to see what they had for tires amd put some other ones on which they had none so did not get fixed. 2 days of arguing back and forth after I asked them to fix it as the tire was worn on inside which means mechanically something causing it .... they said no .. They ***** and ****** said no way to fixing anymore and they were more then fair. I asked for money back and nope. So after talking woth the better business bureau amd customer protection i sent my son and a friend to go get truck. I then took it to yorkton to a *** credit able shop to see about new tires myself. They looked it over amd said no way to new tires as alot of mechanical things are wrong and it will do it again mew tires or not. I sent the findings to ***** and ****** and ***** called me and said no way we were more then fair with you i asked for my money back and he said no darn way ...i told him i would seek a lawyer and better business bureau and he said to be sure i tell you i threatened him and his lawyer be contacted as well. I did not threaten anyone here by saying i was getting a lawyer was juat that. And i advised i would contaxt better bussiness bureau and here we are and truck is sitting in yorkton and lawyer tomorrow.
