April 2021 ordered and paid for furniture received 2 of 3 pieces 6 months latter no delivery asked to get payment back was told it will not be delivered for another year requested money back for furniture not delivered stor policy is no refunds or returnsBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/16) */ At no time have we tried to commit fraud or lie to our guests. We always give an approximate date of arrival which we get from the company but never promise a date as during these times things are subject to change due to global shipping and material shortages. The guests sofa will arriving hopefully before the new year according to the company but again things may change. At no time did we mention it would be another year. If something was to happen where we were noticed that the sofa would not be arriving we would issue a refund to the guest but the company has told us it is coming.
