I was very impressed with Sparta Movers from the very first interactions with ******, representative. She answered questions in clear and concise manner. She also was quick to respond to my messages. *******, ***** and **** were awesome. They were friendly, courteous and very professional. They communicated well and I was very happy with the quick and efficient way they packed everything up and brought all the items back to my new home after being in storage. I would highly recommend these men to anyone making a move in the future.Sparta Movers Response

Sparta Movers in general and Fonda, Dominic, Chuck and Zied in particular were excellent from A to Z: from the first contact to contract the service, to obtaining a quote and confirming a moving day to the last box to the destination housing address - everything was a stress free experience (albeit moving is never an easy exercise for most families). Dominic, Zeke, and Chuck were punctual, professional, efficient, and careful. Their communication skills were excellent. They made us feel comfortable and worked well as a team to ensure that our move was completed in a timely manner and took great care to wrap everything, even the items we weren't too bothered about. Dale was our initial point of contact and he was also excellent; he helped us to get our move booked on short notice and was transparent about the entire process up front. Hello Slava and Claims, I have to say that we are quite disappointed with the move overall, it really was a horrible experience on August 1, 2022. So many things were broken or damaged, I never even told you about many of my dishes that did not make it, broken glass everywhere. Although we do understand that we did not take out the additional coverage on our furniture it is really hard to believe that Sparta is not accepting any responsibility for our lost pillows or the box that is missing. The lowest bar to clear in providing a move to your clients should be that you would deliver the items, apparently you couldn't even do that. We don't believe that we are asking too much to look in a lost and found department to locate the missing items. In one of the small boxes there were 2 small accent pillows and an album with my granddaughter's first 5 years in it. These are irreplaceable. Hello **** - your claims were addressed already, however we would like to provide a quick summary here for BBB viewers as well. We worked with you shortly after the move and repaired all the minor damages claimed. We also checked in our 'Lost and Found' and did not locate the box with sofa accent pillows which you claimed was missing. Sparta Movers moved you to storage and then delivered everything out from storage to your new home. At the time of initial pick up, we offered a detailed inventory of all your items and you specifically declined this service (and signed off our waiver form). For that reason, we did not have any reference to go back to and verify whether that claimed missing box was indeed moved by us into storage in first place. You also claimed dishes were broken inside boxes. During claim investigation, it was confirmed that you self packed all carton boxes prior to initial pick up by Sparta Movers. It is an industry standard policy that "a moving company is not to be held liable for damages to boxed contents when packed by Owner / Customer, provided there are no signs of external damages to those boxes (no signs of negligence during handling of those boxes)". All in all, we went above and beyond the Basic Cargo Protection, which you selected for your move, and we repaired all the minor damages at no cost to you. We are happy that all the repairs were completed to your full satisfaction.Review from Terry C

I choose Sparta Movers based on good reviews. I was not disappointed. The team of D,M,C were very professional and efficient. They earned their wages with all the heavy furniture they had to carry up to the second floor. They were careful with all my furniture, cheerful, efficient, and professional. The movers charged me for boxes that I didnt need an never said anything about it till they moved my stuff an I noticed that they only used 20 of the 25 boxes I bought at ********** plus I am missing my good hard suitcase on wheels an I was looking for my ps4 in my boxes an its not in my belongings an my good DVD player is not in my boxes that where delivered to my new place plus I had a box of **** *** products in a **** *** box with a lot of money an it was not delivered either an Sparta Movers is not responding to meSparta Movers Response

D.M.J.The 3 movers that moved me from one apartment to another apartment were very efficient. Everything was wrapped and was received with no damage. The total cost of the move came in slightly higher than quoted due to unforseen conditions of having to share the elevator. I would recommend Sparta Movers to anyone.Sparta Movers Response
