on 6/27/18 I purchased a Rheem condenser furnace and a whole house fan. It was installed the following week. two weeks later I called because the whole house fan stopped working. The following summer I noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling properly. I called the out to look at it and they found a leak on the system. They added more freon and came back in the fall to do the repair. The system that I have has a ten year parts and labor. On 6/11/24 i called them out because the unit was not working and the fan motor was turning off. They sent a tech out that same day and said that everything was working fine. We I arrived home I checked to see if it was working still. It. was not. I called back on 6/12/24 and they sent the same tech back out I met with him so I could show him the problem. He kept telling me that there was no issue as we were standing by the unit, the fan stopped running. He said that it needed a new fan motor and thats it.On 6/24/24 I called to see about the part because I did not get a call. The lady told me that she would check with their distribution center and call me back. On 6/26/24 called and left a message to call me back. No one calls. On 6/27/24 I called back and was told By **** that the part was on back order and he did not have a date for when it would come. I told him that that was unacceptable because of the heatwave. He said that he would turn it in to their customer care team and call back. It is now pm with no call yet.
