Doesn't do their job. This is a lazy, don't care about anybody collection company that even after you get a bill paid it stays on the credit report because they are lazy POS's.Review from Crystal B

Very ignorant people. My son got hit by a car years ago so she says I owe an ambulance company money but I told her they never reached out to me plus we had insurance. She said so I'll put in my notes that you said you're aware of the bill and you're not going to pay. I repeated to her several times I'm not saying that and no I was never aware of the bill and if you put words in my mouth I will get a lawyer. She continued to speak over me saying you're refusing to pay. She never even gave me a balance or payment option but again we had insurance & I never knew about the bill. He is an adult now and was 2 months short of being 18 when it happened. This is not my debt.Review from Lisa S.

They have called me twice and I have insisted they notify me in writing only. They verified my address and claim they have sent two letters to me about the debt, I have yet to see a letter at my address. They insist I verify my identity on the phone in ways the would make me vulnerable to a scam. There is no way to verify who they are or if they are licensed to do this, but they are allowed to ruin my credit? If my credit is already challenged by them, there is absolutely no reason for me to pay anything because it won't come off my credit just by that payment, they can keep it on there for 7 years whether I pay it or not. Why would I be motivated to get it paid for something I don't even know what it is?
