We received the above concern from the BBB on 08/22/2024. ****************** has not previously reached out to the Publix Corporate Office with her concerns. We apologize for her disappointment with our Club Publix program, it is never our intent to disappoint or offend our customers. We understand there will always be opportunities to improve. So, we thank ****************** for taking the time to share her thoughts and comments with us. Feedback like hers is always appreciated and will be kept in mind when planning future publications. Regarding her pricing concerns, we constantly monitor our prices and always try to give our customers the best value possible. We position ourselves as customer advocates by challenging cost increases from suppliers and making sure such increases are justified. We have been successful in delaying some cost increases, reducing the amounts of some increases, and working with our suppliers to create more weekly specials, but on occasion, it may become necessary to change prices due to any number of factors. This may be due to an increase or decrease in the cost of goods, a response to competitive activity, or a change in the supply source for an item. Our desire is to always provide the best overall value for our customers by offering competitive prices, a wide range of items, high-quality products, a clean shopping environment, and friendly and knowledgeable associates. Customer feedback is crucial to us as it helps us better understand their needs and concerns. We're grateful for the opportunity to serve ****************** and her family, and we're committed to continuously improving to meet her expectations.
