My wife and I hired Biscuit Time to watch our dog for 4 visits per day for 4 consecutive days while we were out of town. When we returned home, our dog had defecated numerous times inside the house. Our dog is very well trained and only goes to the bathroom outside. The service providers left without even attempting to clean up the mess. It appears that the fees we paid may not have been commensurate with the services rendered. We would strongly recommend against hiring this service provider.

************************* worked for my dog walking / pet sitting service for about 16 months. He quit his position with my company on 3/10/24. In his text, he wrote, you can expect a very bad review on your websites.! He posted this negative review 3 days later on 3/13/24, after telling me he was going to post bad reviews! ***** quit because he was unhappy with the position. He is a disgruntled former staff member who is now posting bad reviews , attempting to tarnish our businessess reputation. We have not had a single negative review in 10 years of being in business in any website on the internet, and we strive to provide excellent customer service and our staff provides a professional pet sitting service to all of our customers. While ***** was working for my company, he did go out of town with his wife in October of 2023 and he had our staff take care of his small dog Sydney. ***** had our sitters come to his house four times a day while he was gone to walk his dog and feed her. Our staff sent him photos, and updated him and his wife in a group text after each service was completed, along with a full detailed report of what went on during the scheduled service. Every time the dog went on a long walk and went to the bathroom outside, we would let ***** and his wife know what was going on with their dog. ( we do this after we complete each scheduled service with all of our customers on the schedule.) Each time our sitters came to ****** house, we mostly stayed outdoors with his dog ******, As we do for all Of our clients dogs. Each time we cared for ****** , we were on walks, or in the back yard with her. The only time we were inside was to feed the dog. When ***** and his wife came home, we texted them both to follow up and make sure they were happy with the services. ****** wife ****** texted us back on 10/10/23, and she wrote thank you for taking such good care of her ????. This trip they took was 6 months ago, and not once did they ever complain or say that their dog had left f**** all over their house. Not once did they ever say that they came home to accidents when they walked into their home when they got back from their vacation. Their dog is a very small breed, and is not capable of leaving piles of f**** all over the house. Again, this is an attempt by ***** to tarnish the businesss reputation. ***** has also attempted to make other complaints which were not accurate and they got denied. Our staff would never leave f**** on the floor in a clients home, this review is all false information.
