My friends and I picked this place because we thought it would be nice.... Turns out we get to the house and find dust and cockroaches ..... we had also requested our private pool to be heated. They told us we would be charged which we knew but the pool was never turned on before we arrived. We were told that the heater takes 24 hours and after 24 hours the pool still wasn't heated. Communication was terrible with this company I did not appreciate how we were treated we were told many different things many different times. We paid a good amount for this house but it is not worth the price. If this company was staying at this house I guarantee you they would be in the same boat as us. My friend has terrible asthma and because the dust she was having breathing problems ... I too have bad allergies. I am allergic to dust mites which doesn't help from the piles of dust everywhere. The company told us that it was construction dust. I do not believe that at all. Villa direct does not want to help us they refuse to help us. Villa direct does not care about their clients. We feel like we got scammed with this house. They will accommodate us with our problems and or give us any kind of refund except for one night off of the pool being heated. Although technically we lost out on the pool the whole time due to the heater not heating. It comes as hot and then comes out cold. We were told that it works an ac unit but that's not how heaters work at all. We just have been told anything under the sun instead of the truth.
