    I received a mailer from the company offering a complimentary $100 gift card, I called not knowing the company or the business. When I called, they said to receive the gift card they would schedule an appointment to do a free water test. I made an appointment on 3/16/23 and Lynn D******* came out and did his test on the water. When he did his test on the water, it tested good, he then asked if I had water treatment on the house of which I responded no there is no water treatment system. He then left without any other explanation. I was expecting to receive the gift card because I had completed my portion of the agreement by being at the property and allowing the company to come into my house and do their test. When I did not receive the gift card in the mail, I contacted the company multiple times after a month from the test, talking with Samantha (first response from Samantha was that Lynn said I had a water treatment system for which I responded that I did not have a system then she said she would call me back which never happened); then I called again on 5/26/23 talked with Kaylegh with her saying I needed to call the corporate office on it which I did and talked with Zack, a manager of the company. Zack stated since the water test came out good and Lynn left after 20 minutes that I was not entitled to the gift card, but nowhere in the attached flyer does it state any requirements about receiving the gift card and when I called other than having the person come out to test was there any other requirements mentioned (Some restrictions apply with no list means nothing). As an aside, I had received multiple flyers and a different company came out and did their test showing the water was not good, I had the same issue with them not following up on their gift card but after several calls they did send a check for the amount that they had promised. I am requesting for the promised gift card or check to be delivered because I had provided the company my time.

    I believe I was scammed. I received a card in the mail to welcome me on the new purchase of our home. The instructions on the card was to call the toll free number and receive a $100 Loews card. I called.... the nature of the call was to get a "free" water test to see if I need to install a $6000 water treatment system. The salesguy was informative, a little difficult to understand with a heavy accent. We were instructed both my wife and myself to be present for the 90 minute demonstration. We sat through the pitch but decided to hold off on our decision. The last thing the salesman said was that the $100 Lowes card would be sent in 7-10 days. It is now 3 weeks since we had the demonstration. I called this past week and the woman apologized and said the card was in the mail!No card was received........ I believe I was scammed!

    I apologize you feel this way, unfortunately we do not have any control over the post office and when things do not get to you, that being said, we did mail you a check instead of a gift card this time so that we can track it, that was mailed on 4/15, if you do not receive that check you can call our office number at ************ and we can always cancel that check and reissue you a new one.
