    I would give him a negative 5. he shut my phone for "non payment" when all my patients up to Jan ****************************************************************************** using WebEx to message me that "payments were missing " he shut my phones off- I have proof from my bank to show checks were sent and just as they have been since I mistakenly accepted the referral from WebEx to work with this mean , unprofessional person. I am a physician and just after July 4th weekend patients could not get a hold of me, patients canceled appointment when our phones were not working, so he cost me business . The money is not the issue, what I owe him is less than what we generate in 1 day so that is not it , now it is the principal. He could call use WebEx messaging or send me mail about this he did not do any of this then shut me down. Last year when I tried to get out from under him as we had problems in the past, where every time there was a phone issue he blamed me or my ethernet cables and it always turned out to be his programming of the phones. Every time I called him he was somewhere on a cruise or Europe never available. I would not recommend him to my worse enemy.

    Please note, much of this review is untrue.  *********** refused to pay from January 2024 until now.  She claimed she sent the checks, which may be true, but they never arrived nor were they cashed.  The email documented below was 5 business days before Virtual Guardians was forced to carry out the service suspension in order to collect what was due to us.  There was no subsequent attempt from *********** to resolve the situation.

    We are a small business, as is ***********, and we do our best to support small businesses.  

    100% of the reviews in a recent survey of our customers answered "Yes" to the question: Would you recommend us to a colleague or friend?  with the exception of one submitted by *********** after we suspended her service.  What other business phone service can claim that?

    So instead of attempting to work out a solution, she tried to bully Virtual Guardians into not collecting what was owed.
