Please note, much of this review is untrue. *********** refused to pay from January 2024 until now. She claimed she sent the checks, which may be true, but they never arrived nor were they cashed. The email documented below was 5 business days before Virtual Guardians was forced to carry out the service suspension in order to collect what was due to us. There was no subsequent attempt from *********** to resolve the situation.
We are a small business, as is ***********, and we do our best to support small businesses.
100% of the reviews in a recent survey of our customers answered "Yes" to the question: Would you recommend us to a colleague or friend? with the exception of one submitted by *********** after we suspended her service. What other business phone service can claim that?

Email proof that "without calling or using WebEx to message me that "payments were missing " he shut my phones off- " is a complete fabrication.
