    I seen an advertisement that was better than anyone else's pricing and I wanted to buy two engines the website look legitimate. A lot of the other modeling places did not carry that engine so I ordered it. It showed that my order online was accepted and thank you for your order and then immediately followed awaiting fulfillment. I didn't know what a waiting for filming meant maybe I didn't fill out my purchase properly I wasn't sure so I started emailing back to the company what does awaiting fulfillment mean or did I not fill out proper information or do you not have this in stock. If they didn't have it in stock how long would it be until I received it. I could get no answers for all the emails that I sent in a two-day period Then it came up they are temporarily closed and that really got my attention they accepted my money they won't answer the emails and they are closed and I couldn't understand if you're closed how are you accepting my money. So I called them on the phone and ******* came on and said the line has been disconnected is no longer in service. Now I really think I have a problem so I went back to emailing them and could not do it it never changed from awaiting fulfillment that stayed the same. Now I'm really worried how can you accept my money not communicate with me in any way and your phone is disconnected I can't talk to you. I began to panic I called my credit card people and ask them to stop payment before things got started this is a bad situation I just have a bad feeling about this place but I have no reports on it I didn't check on that I'm 70 years old I'm not a computer person and I don't do well online with things I just believe that I would be okay ordering from a hobby shop. When I got the bank to cancel the transaction they asked me if I filed with BBB which I didn't know what that was and then they told me and I said no. Now they're telling me they have not been able to contact them that they are waiting a 30-day wait to see if there's any transactions going on with that company and I may get stuck paying this $527.83 with no return. However as of now they're not going to charge me interest on that payment and I don't have to make this month's payment but after the 30 days I will be liable for this. They're telling me they're doing everything they can to help me. The more I think about this the more I need to file this with you to see if you think there is a complaint here I don't understand how a company that is temporarily closed and their phone is disconnected and no longer in service can take my money and not communicate back in any way

    Never got my order, had to dispute with credit card company. Terrible customer service!!! Would leave zero stars if I could
