Buyer Beware!!!! This has been the worst experience as far as honesty dealing with this dealership. I informed victor I would not be able to view since I live in G****** and I also have to travel for work. I request him to send me a video as well as I asked him are there any major issues. Victor indicated the vehicle is immaculate and Lexus does a service inspection. Based on the video and what he stated I trusted his word. Furthermore, he indicated that I do not owe sales tax since I live out of state. Subsequently, I purchased the vehicle and found out it had damage on the lower right rear panel as well as scratches on that area. Victor the salesman said Lexus didn’t cause it. I called the shipping company, and the shipper showed a document that indicated the damage was there at pick up. Also after I inspected the interior and in the trunk area there was a huge dark red stain. I contact victor he said he didn’t know it was there. Even though he indicated he inspected the vehicle and it’s immaculate. I was extremely upset with the dishonesty and contacted the sales manager al of my grievances. We agreed that since I do owe for sales tax. The dealership would cover the sales tax, due to the issues with the vehicle. At this time I still haven’t had a chance to drive the vehicle since I had to fly out of town for work. Two in a half weeks past and I arrived back in town on 2/10/2022. I finally drove the vehicle, and behold in the front left suspension the is a crack/knocking sound. I would hear the sound each time the car drove over bumps, or uneven pavement. I was highly disappointed, because all the service personnel had to do was to test drive the vehicle. Anyone would have noticed the suspension issue. Furthermore, I texted the salesman victor and finance person of the issue, and I called several times to the sales manager and never received a CALL BACK FROM ANYONE.
