Not my debit and person that called was very rude and disrespectful. This business claims theyre a law firm and they have no manners or phone etiquette. If I could choose no stars I would!

I tried calling the firm to let them know I was laid off of work and couldn't make my April pmt. on time and was wanting to arrange another date, but I was spoken to very very Rudely by ************** and demanded pmt. anyway. She told me off and said she was taking me to court. I never been treated so badly by anyone before!! She refused to let me or my husband converse with anyone else and said she's the one in charge and there are no bosses above her as she talked in a very loud voice. Almost screaming at us. This is all recorded. Now I'm worried I only owe a little over $200.00 and I'm trying to make a pmt, but no one picks up it stays with a busy signal all day. Please help me. This woman can't be talking to ppl the way she does us. She won't even give me a chance to make things right.

Very rude, I received a phone call from Azul ********* and she left a voicemail due to the fact that I work and cannot use my phone. The voicemail says as follows I guess I don't know I keep calling you and I cant help you if you're not picking up your phone OK so I don't know what to tell you I'm getting ready to leave so I guess call me tomorrow I'm in my office at 8 AM good luck to you one ********. They never stated where they were calling from. I called again and this time a man answered with can i help you, and I asked what company this is and he just said it's an office.
