2016 I purchase a vehicle and GM financial were my car loan people. The car was purchased through ****** *** off 59 Freeway **************** did a but back on the car Which was f8ne I had the worse experience of my life being a first time car owner *** to be exact was the finance manager and was definitely a trying to get over on me.. Now after the buy back I had been in contact with GM maybe a year after trying to retrieve all of my car payments back To this day they have given me the run around with not calling I told them I have never received my money but **************** has the car and they closed the loan buy I'm the only one left out I want my money 6 car payments is a lot of money to give away to a big corporation that has money and stealing yes stealing from the little people shouldn't be allowed I've tried for years to handle this matter with them and not bring it public but I see now I have to to retrieve my money that's owed to me. I spoken with so many people and asked if they have my signature on a check then let me see but all I've ever gotten was a bunch of excuses from this company some rude and helpful.. I really just want what's been owed to me for some years now. I would like to see about them being held accountable for their actions for stealing my money.

SHOULD HAVE NEGATIVE STARS Yeah theyll approve and finance you for a loan, yeah theyll sell you a piece of s*** lemon, yeah they have representatives that lie to you after theyve promised you something on a recorded line then they renegue on their promises!!! Buyer or lessee beware, stay far away from GM Financial -?? -?? -?? -?? - ??The worst representation, the worst liars ever in my leasing experience!!!

I never had any issues throughout the course of my loan. But since I paid the car off mid-April, it's been a battle trying to get the title for the vehicle. It's currently day 41. My biggest issues are the lack of communication between the titling department and the agents as well as some agents just making up information to get customers off the phone. When it comes to the lack of communication between departments, agents can't seem to answer questions about why the titling department took actions that slowed down my receipt of title. Then throughout the process I've talked to agents who gave me false information regarding my title. This includes 3 different dates the title was supposedly sent to me. I just want my title.

Absolute worst company *****, in at lease returns of ********** *****.My father-in-law died my.This car has been in our driveway for 3 weeks.They do not care they say everything is a process that is bull.I want this car gone.I'm parking it on the street.Nobody seems to care either do I

Very poor company. They don't want to help small businesses. For un American company.. I will never buy another gm .. I rather **** with Chrysler and that is bad .. none of the people in this company can do 2 things at once.. very disappointed

If any dealership attempts getting you financed under this company please decline

I had a rough time during my initial years on my financed car.. Got behind a couple times. (4)Car is almost payed off with 4 years without a late payment but they won't remove late payment as a courtesy..

Turned my lease in and was billed for the depreciation of the car with tax. Dont ever buy GM or use Gm Financial. According to them car was worth ********* sold for ********* and with the difference and tax I was charged and had pay ****** to Gm Financial Beware!!

The idea of not selling to a 3rd party should be illegal for GM to do and Cadillac. Not able to go to a 3rd party for ********* devaluating the car keeping customers upside down on their vehicles by 10k or more is a scam at its finest. The idea to keep this is to ensure the car value is high and GM lease customers benefit and win I case if a change in their financial ability to Maintain the vehicle. If GM/cadillac will be doing this they should allow the customer to terminate the lease of the vehicle with a small fee of payment plus 2k termination fee to avoid a lapse on payment and credit hardship on the customer. Laws or changes are to protect the ************* will help them maintain their customer base by approving them at a later time to purchase another vehicle without affecting their credit.
