Totally ripped me off for hundreds. Their input systems are messed up and full of errors so you can't give them the info required to get paid. Then they don't have to pay you. Don't ever use or work for this company. They'll be shut down or have a class action eventually due to this. I'll be happy to see it come in the mail.

The contractor was hired and assigned a number of assignments to complete (~27). The contractor went out and conducted a portion of the assignments (12 of 27). They conducted the in-person portion of the job but did not perform the data entry portion of the job. The contractor informed us that they were having difficulty entering the data, and they were getting error messages but were going to have all 12 entered by the end of the day (Sept. 27). Multiple attempts were made to reach out to the contractor to help them via phone and email because of the issues they told us they were having. On September 28th, the contractor emailed us back saying we were not attempting to help them, despite our multiple attempts to make contact with them.At this point, the contractor decided that it was not worth their time, wanted us to remove the assignments. The contractor demanded that they still be paid, even though the work was not finished. The shopper had deadlines extended multiple times over the course of a 3 week period so they could complete the work assigned; a courtesy we always give our contractors. Ultimately, the work was never fully completed (12 out of 27 assignments were half-completed), and therefore payment was not made to the contractor. Note during the same period that this contractor stated they had issues we had over 50 other contractors that used our data entry system to enter their reports with no issues.Customer Response

You can see them discussing their warped version of personal employment details here in reburtal, which is illegal by the way, and defending and lying about efforts made. Further evidence for a legal case with privacy violation. **** show of a company!Review from Becky A

I've been mystery shopping for 3 years and Sinclair is one of the first companies I signed up with. I routinely do 4-6 grocery chain shops for them each month. Their expectations are clear and I have NEVER had a problem with being paid for my work. I have had great support and my scheduler is a gem. I always get a rapid response to my questions and she is always willing to work with me when there is a scheduling concern or I need to request a change of some kind. Of the MSC's I have worked with, I think they are one of the best companies around. I highly recommend them.Review from Jay P

I have done shops every month for this company and the support has been OUTSTANDING better than I get with the other companies that I contract with. If there is a problem with a shop date, I have always had it moved to another day. I do 6-8 shops each month and have been paid 100% of the monies owed to me. Their one line system is very easy to use and payments can be tracked. I deal with *************************** for all my shops and I only wish that she worked for many more companies.
