I called to inquire about a possible small leak in my water line running from street to house and asked about cost to have someone come out to check. Was told it would be $49 just to come to the house then the Tech would eyeball the situation and give me estimate for water leak detection. I had a ********************** already coming next week for free Service Call and Basic Leak Detection but was trying to find someone that could come sooner. The Tech at Texas Plumbing interrupted my mid sentence telling no Plumber would come to my home Free and do anything. I assured him that is not the case. He became argumentative insisting I was wrong. After hanging up, he text me saying he was being thorough and not rude. I texted back I thought it was bad **************** and rude. He texted back that Texas Plumbing Repair was a ********* ********************** and they'd pray for me. What does **************** have to do with being ********* or not? I was wanting Plumbing Service not pray for my situation. He then called me and said I must be a very unhappy person and sorry for the hate in my heart. He went further to harrass me by saying I was a miserable person. How judgemental and un********* can that be when I was wanting to file complaint for bad **************** with the Owner? If this is how they treat potential Customers just calling to ask questions, I can only imagine how awful they would be if I had hired them to do any service at my home. They do not listen, overtalk interrupting you, then proceed to harass you if you are not happy with what they say. Do NOT hire this Texas Plumbing Repair for anything. File complaint anyplace you can to let everyone know how this Company operates and treats potential Customers or anyone calling to inquire about their services. You will be harrassed if you use them and do not like their services. Horrible experience when all I needed was help and I am Senior Citizen. How un********* can you get! Fake *********! DO NOT USE!
