              The company refused to discuss the pool warranty transfer process and pricing with the new buyers. They told the seller the cost to transfer the warranty was an astronomical $7,200.00 and expected the buyers to give a credit card for this amount without seeing a contract. The buyers tried to discuss with the company prior to sale but the company wouldn't. Then the first day after the sale, refused to discuss with the buyers because it was "too late". Obviously, this company offers a bogus lifetime transfer warranty. It's a deceitful business practice to claim a transferable warranty and then make it impossible and extremely expensive to do so.

              DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LOSERS. This driver which represents the company was an entire nuisance and danger to the road of everyone around him for miles.Speeding, tailgating, weaving in and out of traffic, cutting me off during a construction site and then speeding off again weaving in and out of traffic.Its really simple. The negligence and the inconsideration toward the safety of others goes to show that if theyre willing to represent themselves in this manner on the road in **** daylight, then what makes you think they are any different when servicing your pools and or maintenance? Trust me it will be the same. Literally cutting corners.Hope whoever sees this an at least addresses the issues. If not youre gonna have a huge lawsuit on your hands ESPECIALLY with a company truck when some gets hit, injured or KILLED because of your idiot driver.
