DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! The owner showed up late to the work with a worker who could not speak the same language as him so they could not communicate with each other. He did the power wash of the fence while his worker was changing/building the new gates. (and they were supposed to put in a new back fence as well but I changed my mind after seeing the end result on the gates). The gates were awfully done, not leveled and the back was redone many times as ****** screamed at his worker He used my old hinges and repainted them and the installation was crocked. When I complained to ******, he started screaming at his worker to get it done right. They definitely could not communicate and the boy did not understand since he did not speak any English and ****** did not speak Spanish. I told ************** changed my mind and would not be doing the back fence with him as I did not think the job looked professionally done. ****** told me he didn't see anything wrong with it and that it "was working". I stated "yes, it does its job which is open and close. It would be OK this way if you were doing me a favor or I had hired a kid's neighbor to do it, but I payed top dollar for a professional job." He returned the next day and tried to redo one of the gates stating he agreed it was not done correctly. I had so many holes on the gates by this time in the conversation from the company s******* and removing the screws that I told him I did not want those gates. He either redo it from scratch or I did not want them. He offered to remove $50 from the price and when I said "NO" he returned the next day and took the gates with him (and my hinges). I did pay for the power wash but *********** I hired to stain the fence had to do the power washing part again as they stated it was not done correctly. So, in my opinion, don't EVER hire Barnett Fencing and Deck Restoration if you are looking for a professional work as the end product.
