On May 29th, 2024, I got a call from the maintenance guy stating that he was in the area. I informed the maintenance guy that we would be right back and that I would call him when we returned. I called the maintenance guy but did not get an answer. I left a message on his voicemail. The next day, I got a call from the **************** (*****) stating that I was being charged a $45 fee because I was not at home for the maintenance guy. According to the ****************, the maintenance guy stated that he was waiting outside of my house for over an hour. That same day, I went up to the Office and tried to explain to ***** (Office Manager) that according to my "Blink" home camera, no one came to my door, and no one attempted to enter the house. Since I have lived here, I have been told that the maintenance guys have the keys to enter the homes. While I was there at the Office, I showed ***** the camera activity and my phone log. She (*****) told me that she has to go by what the maintenance guy told her. I informed her that I am showing you the proof (home camera and phone logs) and you are still going to charge me $45. She informed me that she would look into it and call me back. It has been at least a month and I have not heard anything from *****. On June 28th, 2024, I call the Office and ***** picks up the phone. I informed her that the $45 charge was still on my account. She informed me that she had spoken to the "Owners" and they told her to keep the charge on my account. I asked, based on what? She stated that she explained the situation to the "Owners" and they believed her story and that's that. I asked her, what story did you explain to the "Owners"? She responded It does not matter, the charge is going to stay on there unless the "Owners" tell her differently. I asked if I could speak to the "Owners", and she said no. Then I asked *****, to who can I make a complaint too, and she stated, there is no one above me here. I have proof and should not pay $45
