              WASTE OF TIME!  We received a decent offer from and decided to sell to them.  We spoke on the phone, they answered all our questions and said we could close in under 30 days.  We sent pictures and information they asked for.  We signed a purchase agreement.  Time ticked on.  I kept texting and receiving excuse after excuse!  A month passed with no closing.  We could not see any progress!  The date written in our contract came and went with no closing.  They stopped responding.  We trusted them and they let us down. Now we are back to square one, a month and a half later! WASTE OF TIME!

              ****, unfortunately we were unable to complete in the time frame given to us. This is not uncommon but do understand how frustrating it can be. We requested more time to successfully perform to our standards and you expressed your concern and denied the request for extension. We respect our clients decisions and wish you success in the selling of your home.
