              ************************, the representative had my elderly 82 year old Mother sign a contract to have him represent her with her ********************* Contract #********, my Mother thought she was signing an invoice for State Farm to pay the board up company after a car ran into the basement of the house. My Mother was in shock and signed the document without fully understanding the form. I have sent numerous emails prior to the 5 days from the contract date and ***** called me and I told him that she did not want their services. My Mother contacted State Farm after we read the contract and cancelled their interfering on her claim. I spoke with a **** who assured me that the cancellation request would be honored, and I can't reach anyone, and no formal cancellation letter has been received. ***** and the company have taken n advantage of a senior who was not in the position to read a 3-page document while in tears from the destruction to her home for over 50 years. I want the contract terminated and an apology.

              Following an extensive flood in my home, I sought out and contracted with Nationland. I am extremely pleased with the services provided by each of the companys representatives. The services provided by subcontractors and their tradesmen were of the highest quality possible and certainly always with my needs in mind.
