Paylink Vehicle Plan preys on senior citizens , my mother 86 with dementia was contacted and sold a vehicle warranty for a vehicle that has been parked for over 10 years. She has been paying $164.92 for years and we only found out by checking her bank statements looking to see where all her money is going, She cant drive because her condition and given she has dementia she had no idea over a phone what she was buying . COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST , if she doesnt get a full refund of all payments she has made, I will file a complaint with ***************************************************

As the Payment Plan Provider, we handle the processing of the monthly installment plan. We are not involved with anything related to the sale or cancellation of the policy, or anything else related to the vehicle service contract itself. Our records indicate that on June 15, 2021, your mother purchased a vehicle service contract from Auto Assure LLC (“Auto Assure”). Furthermore, our records indicate that your mother’s vehicle service contract was paid in full as of June 15, 2023.
