We were genuinely nice to the worker; I give him $1,000.00 of cash on the side. If I would have known, I take photos of my property and the house, and belongings, be incredibly careful with this employee or the company. This company did contact us, and he wanted to send the same work that he could not do the job right; in the first place, that did not make any sense, we felt highly uncomfortable coming back to our house. That sure isn't an original condition. We will never work with this *******************************."

I am amazed to hear on this review the homeowner claiming to have given our worker $1000.00 on the side! The homeowner emailed me the day after we finished the work and included pictures of a small area that needed further skim coating to level it out. I responded right away I would be happy to send the repair tech back to correct this. The homeowner agreed to this. The next day I received another email saying to cancel the touch up because they lost trust and confidence in us. I reiterated I would be happy to send my tech back and the problem would be fixed free of charge. When speaking with the homeowner he stressed the rest of the work we did looked perfect! Homeowner gave a bad review elsewhere after the fact and I again stressed, as i do here, I am still willing to correct the area in question free of charge. I really do not understand why the challenge and anger against us as a company by this homeowner. I have been in home improvements almost 50 years and no matter how hard one tries, there are days things are not always done 100% correctly! This is why all qualified companies offer satisfaction guarantees. And we do! There is a reason we have 4.5 to 5 star reviews! One is when we do make mistakes we honor our word and fix the mistakes!
