We had severe Ice / Water Damage due to the heavy winter last February. I had Contacted Leads construction because they were local, and I have seen them around before. First off they helped arrange ******************* Company to mitigate further damage, and clean up the mess that occurred in 4 different areas of our house. Their response was fast and very professional. After the situation was secured, **** and ***** came to the house. They went over the entire scope of work and gave me a detailed list of everything that was going to be done and a timeline. They then worked with my insurance company and went to bat for us in order to include everything that was expected. Although there was a delay because of some insurance company semantics and hesitation on what would be covered, Leads helped us overcome the issue and began work. As with any construction project some minor issues did occur, however Leads made sure that it was resolved. Their crews and Sub Contractors were very professional, and communicated throughout the process. Even when there was some frustrations with supply chain and manufacturing, Leads delivered in the end. All of this was during a pandemic, a supply chain nightmare, severe weather issues in the area, and heavy workload, Leads worked through all of it, and delivered a final product that my wife and I were very happy with. I would absolutely refer this company to friends and family if they had storm or fire damage. (They are NOT "fire chasers") They are high end and go to bat for their clients.
