              I ordered this electric skillet as a gift for my son. He never received it and now, when I asked them to refund my credit card, they told me they can't because it was on the shipping list. It was supposed to be a gift for my son but he doesn't want it and it's well over the shipping time. I would appreciate your help in this situation. It's also way too expensive for a small skillet.Thank you in advance for you help and consideration.*********************

              Horrible customer service! My mother ordered several items, one that was duplicated five times. I called the next day after learning this and wanted the items duplicated canceled. They said it was too late. I learned the items hadn't yet left the warehouse and charges hadn't processed on our credit card, but they were inflexible and said we could return the items once received at our expense. At our expense? Seriously I spoke to a supervisor and got nowhere. Never never never will we be ordering from this company ever again!!! They don't deserve to be in business.
