    After filling out an application for a fresh start auto loan last year and physical going into the dealership twice sitting down with two different sales people and after reading the reviews online from others I see that Im not the only individual that World Hyundai of Matteson wants to be dishonest and misleading to and claim that they cant secure finance for customers with. I find it completely unacceptable that this dealership has ladies calling from the call center telling not just myself but many other individuals the same thing that they told me is that they have already secured a loan for me and that its called a second chance loan and when I specifically ask how it works Im told that you come into the dealer ship and you sit down with a sales person you pick out the vehicle of your choice and the desired payment that you want to pay each month on the vehicle. When I tell them okay now I wont have to put a down payment down and the lady says nope thats not how a second chance auto loan works or the fresh start auto loan program works and now three separate ladies have all told me that I can pick the vehicle of my choice and Im seeing and hearing that World Hyundai of Matteson does not stick to what they say to the customers on the phone is a absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I was actually asked this past Saturday to please be patience with them for not getting back to me in regards to getting a vehicle after I have been waiting to hear from them since last week Thursday. At this point I feel that World Hyundai of Matteson needs to be held accountable and stick to what they told me as I will not be putting a down payment down and I expect to pick out a vehicle of my choice and pay what I want each month for the vehicle as thats what I have been told now three times by these corrupt unfaithful lying individuals.

    World Hyundai Matteson sold me a certified pre-owned 23 white Hyundai SantaFe with 10k miles & one prior lease owner. The *** # is *****************. This car is currently for ********* still has all the body damage. I drove 5 hours from **** to purchase this car knowing that it was a *** w/ a 172 point inspection. I found a cracked trim panel on the lower passenger front door & secured it w/ a nut. I figured this was a $500 part & since the car price was good, I didnt want to leave empty handed. The Carfax showed the battery was replaced twice. The dealership tested the ************ was bad. They replaced it for free but couldnt get it to upload to the ************ had to be for the *** warranty to be valid. I had to stay the night & miss work. They paid for my hotel. A few weeks later, I noticed a bunch of rust & a broken seal where the passenger rear door is welded together. I opened a case w/ Hyundai consumer affairs. A local hyundai dealership bodyshop quoted me $12,500 to fix it. The car was $28k. Both passenger side doors need replaced, painted, & the surrounding panels have to be paint blended. World Hyundai missed this on lease turn in & on the *** inspection. I asked repeatedly for the *** inspection & the dealership refused to give it to me even though its company policy. It seems like they didnt even do the *** inspection properly as I never received it. A warranty claim was submitted by Hyundai Consumer Affairs and denied. After a few weeks of World Hyundai ignoring my case managers calls and a few days of me calling, World Hyundai finally agreed to buy the car back. This process was a ************* believe World Hyundai demonstrated gross negligence by failing to find & disclose this body damage on both lease turn in and *** inspection. Furthermore, they engaged in a fraudulent sale by certifying this car w/ a clean bill of health when it actually had $12,500 worth of body damage. They even concealed it by failing to provide me the *** inspection.
