After storm damage in February, we started working with **** at Expert Roofing, and have been so pleased with this company start to finish. Our roof, gutters, front door, and shutters were all replaced. At our very first meeting, **** said the most difficult part of this process will be deciding on a new roof color - and wow did he deliver on that promise! He helped us every step of the way, providing expert guidance and navigating the claims process with our insurance company. Expert Roofing made this project as seamless as possible, and their expertise, communication, and stunning craftsmanship is unmatched. We are so pleased with our beautiful new exterior, and highly recommend Expert Roofing. Thank you ****, and the rest of the team, for making a daunting project so easy for us!

Expert Roofing replaced my roof this past June. They worked with my insurance company and everything went smoothly. Communication was great. Expert roofing were definitely the right choice for us, **** went above and beyond our expectations , **** was very knowledgeable explaining everything in great detail, whenever we had a question or concern he answered us right away, the crew installing the roof were respectful of our property, we would highly recommend them definitely five star plus from us.Expert Roofing, Inc. Expert Roofing was very responsive, professional, and all around wonderful! ****** was on top of everything. The crew was extremely professional and hardworking. The materials are top notch. The project was almost a year ago and we have had zero issues. ****** even helped us with communication with our solar panel company to coordinate removal and reinstallation. I honestly just needed to pick out the siding and roof colors/style I wanted, everything else was handled with the insurance company. I love the curb appeal of my home now!Expert Roofing, Inc. Had a great experience with Expert Roofing. **** walked me through the entire process and made things move a lot easier. It was my first time filing a claim and he explained everything and made everything affordable for me. He was always a call or text away whenever I had a question. Very responsive and communicative. Before contracting with Expert Roofing, home owners should be informed about what they may be getting themselves into. I can’t claim to know this is how every one of their jobs goes, but in my personal experience, I found Expert to be exceptional at all initial contact and communication, getting my insurance to pay in full for the re-roofing project, putting on a new roof looks excellent from afar, and avoiding adequately correcting the multiple installation errors they made. Although the roof looked shiny and new from the ground, when I got up on the roof myself to see their work after they completed, I found numerous mistakes. There were shortcuts and workmanship errors in just about every aspect of their work: the flashing, gutter apron, fascia, torn shingles, and missing ice and water shield around vents. These are things most homeowners are not getting up on their roof to see nor would they know what to look for - but these mistakes increase the likelihood of leaks and future damages.Expert Roofing, Inc. We have not only gone to this customers house and readdressed all issues but gave the customer credits based upon work we did not do as well as additional credits per the homeowner. The amount of times that we went to address any issues, the homeowner pushed us off and refused to call us back to set up a date and look at the property. He never let us address anything. Once we closed out the project the client continues to blast us over every social media platform. Again, this client has taken a personal malice in blasting us negatively when all we tried to do was help him out.Review from Patricia B

My wife and I recently had our siding replaced by Expert Roofing and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. **** was our sales person, and from the initial consultation to the final clean-up, **** and his team were professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond.Expertise: **** was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect siding for our needs and budget.Communication: **** kept us informed throughout the entire process, answering any questions we had promptly and clearly. He was also our advocate with our insurance company. Quality: The workmanship is top-notch. They used high-quality materials and paid meticulous attention to detail.Cleanliness: During and after the install, they kept the perimeter of our home clean and tidy throughout the project.
