            In June I had a new garage door and opener installed by Precision Garage Door of Cleveland. The opener they installed was far noisier than the twenty-year-old Liftmaster I was replacing, it was also vibrating something fierce. Being naïve I let the installer tell me that it would break in and quiet down. Fast forward to October. I had enough of the noisy vibrating garage door opener and called Precision to complain. They sent out a tech and after hearing the noise and feeling the vibration they agreed to replace the opener. They replaced it. Lo and behold this opener was the loudest and noisiest yet. The installer said he would inform the operations manager of the faulty opener and the operations manager would be in touch with me to set up a solution to the problem. Three weeks passed without a word from the operations manager. I then placed three calls and left three messages for the operations manager and I never received a return call. I am sure the operations manager or the owner of Precision Garage Door would not be happy with this opener in their garage. I just want what is right, a properly working quiet garage door opener.

            I bought a brand new garage door from Precision 6 days ago. Yesterday I came home from work, pulled into the garage, and when I shut the door the wires on both sides came off of the reel and the door was stuck half open, with my car Inside. It was 4:00 and the company advertises 24/7 service. However no one could come out to fix this problem. My door had to stay half open all night (which creates safety concerns in addition to the fact it snowed last night), I had to cancel a doctor’s appointment and and take a half day off of work today so that it could be fixed and I could get my cat out. It’s completely unacceptable. It is 8:45am and I still have not had a manager call me back and the door STILL is not fixed.i understand that things happen, but the door broke at 4pm, plenty of time to get someone out here. Also there was zero attempt to rectify the situation for me yesterday. All for a door that was $2500 and 6 days old. Ridiculous.
