      First and foremost, this has been the longest process I have ever dealt with; when it comes to an auto insurance company. The insurance company and/or the individuals that were handling my claim did not conduct a thoroughly investigation. On November 9th someone with the same insurance company hit my car, outside of the "****" store. They were able to give my fiancé their insurance information right away. Then they canceled their insurance policy a few days later. After this happened my insurance company ruled me out of the claim and told me that I wasn't there during the accident; which is a lie. I have phone records, text messages from the guy who hit my car and voice recordings from recent phone calls of Progressive employees. Furthermore, the insurance company added my fiancé to my mom's insurance policy without anyone's consent as well. They are telling me that I was not there during my car accident; i would like an apologize for calling me a liar. This includes compensation for suffering, time, energy, conducting research, calling management from **** and *** ****, progressive stalling from retrieving proper footage, count fees, defamation of character, adding someone to my mom's policy without permission, marking copies of evidence, etc. I have voice recordings of **** management stating that Progressive only asked for footage of the person hitting my car. The video they sent was unclear. They never asked for footage of my family and I going into **** or getting back into my car. So why would they rule me out? So much unprofessional incidents have occurred since this accident. I believe that the company needs to retrain employees etc.

      After accepting "full liability" for an accident, my car was declared a total loss. A week later they offered me pennies on the dollar as a settlement. When I showed them that there isn't a single comparable car in the entire country for anywhere near the price they offered, they still refused to budge. I'm out at least $1000 if I want to buy the same year make and model. Absolutely terrible company!
