              On last December or this January, Lawn Squad Sales guy called me on my cellphone for asking the service for the 2024 season. I said NO because of the poor quality in 2023 season. I explained the reason that does not continue the business to him on the phone. In addition, I decided on switching to other company for maintaining our lawn from 2024. But a service was occurred by Lawn Squad on 03/01/24. I sent an e-mail on 4/03 for not having the contract on this 2024 season and ask them not to come and enter in my property without my permission again. But the second service was occurred on 04/04. Now, they sent a bill, $120.86 for two services for March and April. On 04/16/2024, I sent another e-mail to show the customer agreement about how I can disconnect the business with them. But they have not responded until 05/01, and they continue to send a bill to me. Again, I said NO for the 2024 season on the phone previously to sales guy.

              Lawn Squad provides less than desired results. My weeds are healthier than my grass. The service manager stated that the technicians are young and don’t know what they are doing. The weeds are overtaking my lawn, I have called the service center, sent emails and pictures of my lawn on June 17, 2024 . They made it quite clear that my concerns were not valid enough to resolve because I never received follow up emails or phone calls. I was told the service manager was too busy to come to my home and address my concerns. Only to find out he was on vacation and they made no attempt to have another manager cover his clients. They came back out to retreat my lawn on July 2, 2024 after I stated I was going to switch lawn care companies and again was dissatisfied with the results. However, they do not have any issues informing you when payment is due. They caused fertilizer burn to many spots in my yard and tree lawn and the weeds have grown taller than my grass. I would NOT recommend their services to anyone. It’s a waste of your time and money!!! They do not provide timely follow up service after customer complaints. Another dissatisfied customer leaving for “Greener Pastures “ ! Pun intended!!!
