I generally don't do reviews but in an effort to help out other schools who may be missing out, I wanted to share my findings. Hosting this seasons raffle fundraisers with was easier than ever thanks to Raffles Now. Our school board was hesitant at first, but was quickly won over. Setting up an account was straight forward. Loading our schools associated artwork was easy, but took us a couple tries to get just the way we wanted. They actually have a tool that helped with optimizing the setup. We had raffles up and running in no time. It was also a breeze to set them up and get them going. The schedular took a couple tries to home in. Once sorted, that made kicking off our raffles so much easier. There is a way to save raffles and reapply later. That was a welcomed discovery. Speaking of discovery, as with anything there is a bit of discovery at play here. We found that with each new discovery, we were even more impressed (and excited). A good example is the broadcast 15-minutes countdown timer. We ended up using that in support of watch parties. Beyond the time saving component, simplicity and overall convenience offered, the automation along with payouts (to us and the raffle winners) really makes this shine. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that it's literally "Hands Off." Checks were received faster than expected. Not quite as fast as cash obviously, but is definitely plenty timely. In conclusion. Raffling is like night & day now. To think about how we were doing it last season, to now, is quite humorous, if not silly. The rafflesnow approach to fundraising has proven to be REFRESHING & REWARDING. If you and/or your school are set in your ways (raffling the old way/afraid of change), you are doing yourselves a disservice by not trying it. One thing I know for sure. We all could use to make our life's easier. With respect to raffles, this will do that for you!
