              on Feb. 1, 2023, I purchased a mattress and platform at Cedar Hill Furniture, Kettering, Ohio. It is a Jamison Cool Springs queen set. I pay for it in full at the time of purchase and was told by ****, the manager that it would be in within ten days to 2 weeks. After two weeks, I heard nothing and called them and spoke to a lady and was told it should hear something in the next day or so and she would have **** call me. After not hearing from ****. I went to the business after three weeks from the purchase date and spoke to ****. He said he didn't know why it hadn't come in, because it usually only takes 10 days to two weeks. He said he'd call me when he found out what was going on. As of today Feb. 28 I have not heard anything. It will be a month tomorrow since the purchase.

              I have made several purchases from Cedar Hill Furniture (Springfield/Urbana) in the last 15+ years - Mattresses, couches and recliners. I always get great service, great delivery and great communication. I will only buy from Cedar Hill Furniture. Always quality products and they hold up, (Flexsteel, Lazyboy, Tempurpedic). I have also visited the Kettering store and they have also been great to deal with.
