            I purchased a dishwasher and wall oven from Home Depot that we needed installed before Thanksgiving. HD provided delivery and a list of independent installers(attached) and we chose Alist Services from that list. **** quoted $175.00 to install the dishwasher, $300.00 to install the oven an additional $445.00 to purchase and install trim around both. He came to our home Nov 13 and several more times and both the dishwasher and oven are working, but the trim was not installed in time for Thanksgiving and was nevert installed as of today. I have called and left voice mails for **** many times. **** seemed to be a very polite, professional, responsible and skilled contractor but he took our payment and hasn't completed the quoted work.

            In 2020 we contracted with Alist to install a bathroom vanity and sink. The job was to be completed on 10/30/20. On installation day, there was a distinct crack in the cabinet, the side splash wasn’t installed, one vanity drawer was not built properly, and the holes for one drawer handle were drilled improperly. I assumed these were easy fixes and I (mistakenly) paid in full for the project. The crack was to be fixed, side splash installed, and 2 new drawers built and installed. Over the last 26+ months I have patiently tried to work with Alist to rectify the situation and complete the job. I gave them the benefit of the doubt given the pandemic situation. I have been led to believe each time I reach out that we are close to getting the parts to complete the work. Now, I am no longer getting replies from this company. Over 2 years of waiting to complete a job I already paid for IN FULL is long enough. I no longer know what to do but to accept that it will never be complete.

            Thank you for the review. As the customer has been communicated with several times. The replacements were requested from the design house several times and through 3 different sales reps. We have had several issues with getting the product to be approved for replacement from the vendor as it was out of warranty (not the fault of the customer but the fault of our vendor partner). On January 9, 2023 I confirmed all parts are in and returned a call to the customer to notify them. This is absolutely an issue we have had to resolve with our vendor partner, and now that it is finally resolved through them we will be able to replace the drawers, and linen closet crack. Unfortunately, this was not an issue of craftsmanship or lack of communication with the customer but a default on the vendor side who supplies the products and their warranty. Now the vendor has finally fulfilled their obligation we will be able to resolve the customer’s issue
