I have been paying for the warranty for my ********************************************* to the shop it was determined that the engine failed an inspector was supposed to come out and never did they denied the claim based on pictures the adjuster had said they were sending one out it never happened Im still paying for the warranty and they are not standing up to the contract in which Im paying every month. Instead they have been rude untrue and the repair shop has been going back and forth with them to repair my vehicle I would like for them to send out an inspector which is what they are supposed to do I feel like I have been scammed they made me pay an additional $250 out of pocket to drop the oil pan which is something I should not have been responsible for Im asking for help with this matter or a refund for all the money Ive paid them for this warranty and the $250 that I paid totaling over a thousand dollars Ive kept my vehicle in good maintenance I really wish they would approve this claim Ive been paying them for years for multiple cars and payed countless dollars to them this is unfair and should be illegal also can we file a class action suit against this business Ive heard so many awful things about CarShield and Ive never had any bad things to say about them til now. Please Ive asked for a new adjuster Ive asked to speak to higher management and they will not let me speak with any one!!! I even requested an inspector to come out and they wont even do that this is just awful for a consumer to be treated this way. This is bad business
