I see she is not accredited by BBB although her site says she is. So I moved back to ****** from ******* and was looking for a place to continue getting Botox and Juvederm. I have an ******** cosmetic financing card which is how I prefer to pay for my treatments because a lot of times they offer you 12 month payments etc. So I found this business and read on the website that they accept ********. So I booked my appointment online and confirmed it. On October 25th I drove 45minutes from North Lakewood to this business where I met ***** She pulled up my Alle account (for those of you that dont know, this is a reward program that used to be called Brilliant Distinctions and basically a loyalty program for many procedures like Botox, filler, etc) and told me that I had $260.00 of rewards! For every $10 you spend you get 1 point. In ******* I paid for a $2,600.00 package that was a lot of money but a lot of savings in the long run (you can bank your points and I didnt have to use all those treatments at once).ANYWAYS! I told her that I was going to be using my Alphaeon credit card to pay and **** looked at me like I had three heads. She had no idea what I was talking about. I said yes, its the patient financing that you have on your website and that is the sole reason I booked an appointment here because I can not afford it without a payment plan. She was wondering if I meant some other financing program, then ended up calling ******** and said oh yea I havent had an account with them in years. So I showed her her website under the patient financing tab and her response was I have girls that do the website for me so I dont know. For whatever reason she brought me in the procedure room and sat me down and discussed my lips and what I wanted, and then was like ok well Ill see what I can do. I was like why did you just bring me in here? She told me she would call me later and FIGURE SOMETHING OUT. I didnt really know what she meant by that , and was ****** that this was a complete waste of my time, and of course I wasnt surprised when I never received any phone call about figuring something outI literally sat in my car in her office building parking lot and looked for another place to find. I found ************************************ and they were so awesome and I booked an appointment with them today for November 3rd. I made it very clear to tell them on the phone I would be using my ******** card and their response was oh, great no problem!. So I drove back home 45 minutes and moved on.Fast forward until today, November 3rd. I go in for my appointment at ************************************ and discussed what I would be doing. So I got Botox and Juvederm filler. I told them I was paying with ********. So at check out I said, oh by the way I have $260.00 in Alle rewards. The lady looked at me and was like hm no I dont see that. So she looks into my history and sees that **** cashed in on my money! She STOLE my $260.00 and said I had a Juvederm treatment and I never did! I could not believe it. So I go to call the number in ****s website and it doesnt even sound like a business and she goes who is this?! I said I was there the other week and you took my Alle money and I never had received any treatment from you! She was EXTREMELY rude and yelled Um, I wasnt there, send an e-mail and HUNG UP on me!Meanwhile the nice lady at the desk had called Alle and I got on the phone with them to explain the situation. They said well I am gonna call her, and I said she probably wont answer based off of what just happened with her hanging up on me. The lady put me on hold and when she came back she said, you are right she didnt answer. I told her, why would I have Juvederm lip filler on October 25th and again today less than two weeks later? She told me she was going to try and call one more time.The Alle representative comes back and get this- **** told her I had received the treatment! She said she was rude and did not believe she was telling me the truth. Thankfully they are wonderful and she Reimbursed me.
